Medical Health Service Terms and Conditions

Conditions of service for Medical Health Services, rendered by The Medical Screening Centre

1. INTERPRETATION - in these conditions:
(a) Conditions of service means the agreement concluded between The Medical Screening Centre and the client including all specifications, schedules, and other documents which are relevant to the service agreement.
(b) The service means all the work The Medical Screening Centre will carry out under the service agreement.
(c) The service agreement price means the price payable to The Medical Screening Centre by the client under the service agreement for the full and proper performance The Medical Screening Centre under the provision of the service agreement.

2. NOTICES
Any notices under the service agreement shall be in writing and shall be deemed duly serviced at the time of actual delivery or delivery in ordinary course of post respectively if delivered or posted in pre-paid envelope addressed to the other party. These shall be addressed to the Managing Director of The Medical Screening Centre

3. THE LAW
The service agreement shall be considered as a service agreement made in England and subject to English Law.

4. SPECIFICATION
The Managing Director of The Medical Screening Centre is responsible for all aspects of the planning and management of the Medical Service. The Manager is the leader of the service and with other Nurses and Doctors is responsible for ensuring the maintenance of professional standards. Services will be provided as per current price list. The Confidentiality & Ethics as per NMC Guidelines cover the service specification for Nurses and BMA General Ethics Guidance for Doctors.

5. DURATION & TERMINATION OF SERVICE AGREEMENT
The duration of the ad-hoc service will be as designated in agreement letter or verbal agreement.

6. COMPANY EMPLOYEES AND WORK UNDERTAKEN OFF SITE
The Medical Screening Centre, the Company, will supply a suitably experienced or qualified staff member to undertake the service. It is the clients responsibility, if work is undertaken on their site, to protect company staff concerning Health and Safety policy and indemnity in so much that they should ensure that it is a safe and suitable place in which to work.

7. HOURS OF WORK
The Medical Screening Centre will supply the services in line with work to be undertaken and current price list.

8. SERVICE AGREEMENT PRICE
The service agreement price will be as per current price list.

9. VARIATION TO SERVICE AGREEMENT
Either parties to this agreement reserve the right to vary the details of the Service Agreement by giving 1 weeks notice.

10. INVOICING
The purchasing party will be invoiced within 28 days of work being completed by The Medical Screening Centre, The invoice will be the total of the Service Agreement price. Payment of invoice will be within 14 days of invoice being issued.

Any clarification of invoices to be raised with the Managing Director. of The Medical Screening Centre, failure to pay within 14 days of the official invoice, shall deemed a debt and referred to the Finance department.
