Pre-employment Medical Examination
This can be tailored to your precise requirements and can range from a clinical assessment and examination to an extensive medical with blood tests, ECG and drug screen.
Where issues are identified requiring further clarification the first stage will be direct telephone contact with the candidate.
Where necessary further details of the role will also be requested from the HR contact. The contact should be identified on the screening form. Further reports can be obtained from GPs or treating specialists as needed, or alternatively a formal medical examination may be recommended.

Pre Employment Medicals
Our customised pre employment medical screen provides a good baseline for assessing the suitability of an individual for a given job. We would get to know the job requirements in your organisation and work with you to agree which, if any health requirements are appropriate for the different occupations, eg. Physical fitness for manual handling, fitness for food handling susceptibility to working with noise, repetitive tasks, potential lung irritants, vapours, fumes, stress etc.
Pre Placement Medicals
When you consider moving an employee to another job within your organisation a medical assessment may be appropriate in some circumstances, for example transfer of a warehouseman to fork lift truck driving or working at heights.
Exit / Leaver Medicals
In the current 'claims climate' it is just as important to obtain relevant data from an exit medical, as it is to get the baseline of pre-employment. This provides you with data, which has been objectively obtained to minimise the risk of claims in later years.
Quick Turnaround
A quick turnaround ensures that you have all the necessary information before the employee starts in their new job and the recruitment process will not be delayed. We aim to provide you a pre-employment screening report before the commencement of employment.
Current available Medicals -
Specialist medicals (i.e. Saudi, Seaman Airline etc) plus Occupational Health on request
Examinations last approximately half an hour -
15 minutes with the nurse followed by 15 minutes with the doctor.
